Taj Mahal stands elegantly on the bank of the Jamuna River at Agra in India The design is entirely of the Islamic architecture at the time. The main center dome is about 58 ft in diameter standing at 213 ft above ground. There are four smaller domes at each corner of the main dome.

The four slender minarets standing about 160 ft surround the main Dome of the Taj Mahal at each corner. Each of the towers is equipped with watch tower and area for ceremonial purposes.
